Welcome to the Official Site of Bobby Mote!

As reported earlier after my ride in Hermiston, Ore., I learned that I had a stress fracture of my pubic bone, which sidelined me for about 10 days or so. I thought I was feeling better and was ready to get back to riding, so I went to the rodeo in Kennewick, Wash., on August 26. Although I was able to post an 81-point ride, it still didn't feel all that well. I spoke with Tandy Freeman and he has advised me to give it more time to heal, so I have turned out of Bremerton, Wash., and San Juan Capistrano, Calif., and hope to be better next week but only time will tell. I will keep you all posted. I just keep reminding myself that things happen for a reason and to just enjoy being with the family.
So, since I won't be rodeoing myself this coming weekend, I am off with Kate and the kids to a peewee rodeo, so that should be fun.
Our group - the Pride of the PRCA - have started posting video blogs on Facebook so be sure to become a fan of Pride PRCA or one of our individual pages. We are working on a way to feed into our personal sites but that is still a work in progress.
Thanks for visiting.
